I put a teensy bit of olive oil in a pan, heat it up and just barely heat the zoodles - not too much or they go soggy. Then add pasta sauce on top - really good - almost like "al dente" pasta! Don't overcook, and PLEASE don't buy frozen or even prepared - they are all too soggy - just do your own and they are much better

I do need to learn to do my own! Right now I buy prepared- pat them as dry as possible then sprinkle with salt and let sit 30 minutes. The salt draws put the water. Then pat dry again. And then I sauté them to desired “doneness”.

There are some very inexpensive Zoodlers online. I think I found mine for under 10 dollars. Not fancy but works well. I don't have a link for it, but it's worth doing a search. Comes with the ability to make wide or narrow strands. Also, I measure out about two cups, put a tiny bit of IP salt on them, cover and zap in the microwave for 2 minutes. Come out perfect every time.

I use the frozen ones. I thaw them in the microwave, squeeze the excess water out, then place them in a frying pan to get the rest of the water out. I use them in place of anything I would use noodles for. Spaghetti sauce, beef stroganoff, etc.
