Any suggestions on trying to get all my meals in? First week on it and having a hard time getting all the food in throughout the day, I really don't eat lunch and I work 12 hr shifts. I end of up getting everything in but it's later in the day. Does this affect weight lost if I eat 3 cups of veggies and protein at 5 pm and just do a snack and 1 cup of veggies during the day?
