I just use lemon juice and pepper on cauliflower rice, makes it delicious! I also add it to the Mushroom Parmesan couscous.

Use the broccoli and cheese soup. Just don't add about half the water. I put it over zoodles, or any veggies for that matter.

@dud36272 Yes. You can also use the mushroom soup. Super simple.

Walden farms ranch, blend in a jalepeno and it makes a decent jalepeno sauce. Remove seed for less spice

I do broccoli and cheese soup with zoodles (someone said it was decadent and it is! ) and I also do steamed cauliflower mixed with chicken soup and some hot sauce (with water just enough to make it creamy - cook it in the microwave and stir until you have cooked cauliflower and a creamy sauce - it’s really creamy and tricks my palate since it’s almost cheesy

I use the Mac and cheese and add 1/2 a bag of miracle angel hair noodles and a cup of steamed broccoli to the Mac and cheese. Just add a little more water to the cheese sauce than required so it mixes well over all the extras you add in. The miracle angel hair noodles add a whole new texture and it tastes so much better than just the IP noodles included. Plus it bulls up the meal.

I steam cauliflower and then purée it into a creamy sauce. It makes GREAT creamed spinach and I often add it to soups to add some richness. I’ve also made a “stroganoff” with it (brown some stew meat, add leeks, mushrooms, and stir in some cauliflower purée at the end).

I like to boil cauliflower then blend the cooked cauliflower with about a cup of the water. I add salt, pepper, and garlic. It’s creamy goodness.
