I'm have been successful on this protocol but I am hungry. What affect would it have if I eat a bit more protein on some days? Tx

@araiza How long have you been on plan? Is your goal weight (ideal Weight for your height and build) over 200? Do you have a particularly physical job? Are you exercising?

@footrope I do exercise 30 min a day so I eat 2 restricted. I've been on the plan 2 1/2 months and I have lost 34 pds and a lot of inches :)

@araiza congrats. The extra packet should be an unrestricted - it is the protein you need, not added carbs and fat. IF your exercise is burning over 300 calories you would switch to the plan for athletes.

Sometimes I eat a bigger steak. more protein. but be sure to check the list and sure you are not forgetting something like the fat or water.

Even salt makes a difference .

I have had an extra packet at times & it has not hurt my weight loss. My coach said it would be nice to have a premade shake if you need another one but I usually don’t.

Eat away! I’ve always added more protein to my day. My “go to” is having lots of hard boiled eggs on hand in the fridge. I pre-peel them too so it’s easier.
