Gastric bypass surgery 2015 regained 30# and have taken it off with IP. My coach had me take my bariatric vitamins instead of IP ones.

Thats inspiring, i regained 60 pounds. Would love to chat with someone that has a "tiny tummy" so to speak with how to get all the veggies in and protein. If you split it up throughout the day etc? I want to be successful, and dont' want to be a statistic of a weight loss patient that regained all her weight back:(

@unwitnessed8 I definitely had to split it all up I had my dinner and a couple hours later would finish it. I also only ate 1 cup with my lunch. I lost about 2-2. 5 pounds a week but my husband was on the program also and that helped

@variegated this is so nice to hear someone else! Gastric sleeve in 2014 as well! Was nervous to start this IP thing again. I did it 8 years ago before my gastric sleeve, lost about 75 pounds but obviously gained it right back. I clearly didn't get it even after my weightloss surgery but i was young and didn't have much support. i think this is going to be a huge difference! THanks for messaging:)

Wow this is great thanks for the shout out ladies! I was wondering about the intake portion, like i made a salad with all of the recommended vegetables and there was no way I could eat it all. I was told by my coach that my 8oz of meat could be split up throughout the day for example, (1) egg or 2 oz mid morning, (2oz) protein with lunch, (1) egg mid afternoon and 3 oz with supper. Not sure how else to get it in with my smaller stomach.

@unwitnessed8 it has always been the snacking that does me in and honestly this program I really don’t snack except for what’s allowed! Sometimes I can’t finish everything so I just save it for 2 hours later or so

Totally that is me too! My worst is night time snacking or social events, what besides tea and my IP snack do people do?
