Wow this is great thanks for the shout out ladies! I was wondering about the intake portion, like i made a salad with all of the recommended vegetables and there was no way I could eat it all. I was told by my coach that my 8oz of meat could be split up throughout the day for example, (1) egg or 2 oz mid morning, (2oz) protein with lunch, (1) egg mid afternoon and 3 oz with supper. Not sure how else to get it in with my smaller stomach.
