Hello fellow weight loss enthusiasts, Does Anyone have tips on losing your last few stubborn lbs? I have a little less than 20 more to lose to reach my goal of 100 total. I’ve been on IP since the end of September, I want to be done with phase 1 hopefully by the end of February. Is 16 more lbs attainable in a month? If so and tips or suggestions. SW-280 CW- 196 GW-180

The last pounds are so hard. I'm down to 5 pounds left and I'm down to losing at best half a pound a week. I've set my goal for the end of March for these last 5 because I'm now averaging only 2-3 a month.

Stay away from the snacks , even none restricted, focus on drinks, soups and puddings and no occasional vegetables and. good time to pay strict attention to vegetable quantity and meat quantity. After a successful journey to this point people often just assume they are doing what got them to this point, yet there may be calorie and or carbohydrate creep!

@punctual thank you for the reminders. I've quit the restricted from the beginning because I find they trigger my sweet tooth. I weigh and measure everything I eat. I know these last pounds are stubborn. That's why I gave myself 2 months to lose 5 pounds. If I get there before then, yay!

Fasting can help and eating g your meals in a 6 hour window like 12-6pm

@lundy that's what I do. I only eat between noon and 6.

I lost 187 pounds and the last 20 were the hardest. My advice is stick with it and know that you aren’t doing anything wrong! It will happen!

I have 5 pounds left to lose. So glad to be near the end.  I am looking forward to Phase 2.

My last few lbs were hard losing a half pound to a pound and a half a week for a month but inches were falling off still. Did a little more light exercise, walking and swimming and dropped 5 lbs. Good luck!
