Is anyone weight lifting at least twice a week and not losing lbs on the scale?

I have been doing my workout class 3x a week, and I just had my 3rd week weigh in and lost under a pound but lost inches for week 3. (Week 2 I lost 3 lbs, and week 1 I lose 7lbs. )She said I may have to cut out my exercise class if I continue to not lose weight.

But that’s muscle weight. And muscle weight is ok.
