I eat mine at 9;00 pm

I usually have mine around 2. I stop eating before 8. I think it’s fine to have it at 730

@putandtake7459 Thanks. This is my second time. I lost 65 pounds in 2016 but gained back 30 of it by March 2020 so I went back on it. Hoping to be at my goal in 6-7 more weeks.

I eat mine around 3 or 4 and have my supper around 7. I was told tho if you have your snack before bed then you need to eat it before 9.

I eat lunch at 12 and then don't have dinner until 6:30-7 so I usually have mine around 3:30.

I usually eat mine between 7&8. But I'm a trauma nurse. Sometimes it's midnight before I get a chance to have it. 50lbs down.

I do mine around 2:30 -3:30pm. Breakfast around 9am. Lunch around noon. Usually dinner at 7pm.

Starting today im gonna have half or whole protein bar in between lunch and dinner cause i find myself feeling sick to my stomach in the afternoon and when i drink my water i feel even sicker lol
