Question

How does everyone take their enzymes and how many per day ?

I take 3 a day - 1 with Breakfast, 1 with Lunch and 1 with Dinner. I don't take with my snack mostly because that's usually eaten on the go while working.

@centime they apparently help your body break down foods more efficiently to get the most nutritional value out of the little you are eating. And apparently they also help relieve some digestive issues such as constipation, bloating, cramps and or gas.

@beers9790 no , they have enzyme and probiotic . Enzyme is to break down protein , fats and carbs so that our bodies can use them .

@beers9790 - An enzyme is to help your body process what you are eating since our bodies were designed to process only foods in their natural form. Most food is processed now in some way and the packets would definitely be in that category.

I did not take enzymes when I lost 18 pounds 4 years ago. doing programme again. Life happened after ladt time. Exercise breaks down fats. carbs. protien. If you ferl they are becessary or helping thats great.
