It’s easier to get into ketosis with 25 net carbs. But most people won’t be kicked out of ketosis at anything below 40. BUT, you need to figure out how many your body can handle and still stay in ketosis. The easiest way is to use the ready made drinks which have 3 net carbs and keep track of the net carbs in your veggies. Once in ketosis you can play around with your net carbs and see what number works for you.
