Does anyone else see yummy looking dishes on their FB feed only to find that they aren't from Ideal Protein group?  Also, side question: I am a part of two IP pages for Phase 1; this one and one that has Recipes in the title. I thought they were related, one covering support and one covering food, but that is incorrect. Many of us are members of both pages though, so I only post on one or the other, generally recipes/food only on the other. Is it preferred to be shared on one or both?

I have to snooze FB people and groups. I can’t handle the picture feeds

@concatenation - I do like posting because I can easily go back to it when i need a suggestion of something that worked or if I see a bunch asking about it. I was on this several years back and then on again after several surgeries; i was begging to get it so I could find answers that I knew were in here from me posting before. I personally get annoyed when I see the same post three times on my feed in a row, so wondered what others thought.

@ansell6 - I love pictures! And food! I just meant I have to snooze my family and friends posting non-protocol food because otherwise I would devour a plate of nachos, cheese and a bottle of sugary margaritas for the latest celebration.

Yup, definitely see recipes I can’t have right now. I’ve unfollowed a lot of pages so they stop popping up lol. I don’t think it matters which group you post in. I post in both. People who have moved out of phase 1 could be part of Janeva’s cookbook page because there are lots of recipes that can be used for life in maintenance.

@poinsettia156 - I've unfollowed or snoozed so many too!

It’s fun to see other recipes and I just try to adapt them to Ideal

OMG! My son survived this plan by watching Kitchen Nightmares.
The Ideal Protein Protocol Group is where you can always find questions, answers, advice, reviews & recommendations from other community members about recipes, tips, and support for Phase 1 of the Ideal Protein Protocol.
