If the ingredients are all protocal, yes. Most are cooked, so no onion; they also sneak in carrots. I make my own to last for a week, avcounting for my vegetable totals. - Tomatoes (less than 4 cups worth) - bell peppers - variety of hot peppers - cucumbers - raw onions - lots of dried basil - sea salt (either regular or ghost pepper) - Tony chacheres - garlic powder

Fresh pico is best. Canned salsa usually has cooked onion where fresh does not

Mateo’s is a good brand. I eat it regularly. Also my coach said it is perfect. No added sugars. Other ingredients are good also.

Always look at the ingredient lists, but my coach said the refrigerated salsas were usually the safest option.
