Can we have “Beyond Meat” or no? I’m a little worried about how livestock are being processed amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. I read somewhere they were offering temporary relief from certain food safety regulations.

Buy local farm raised meat if you can. However, I would not be afraid to still purchase meat from stores.

They have not changed inspection regulations. All meat sold retail is still required to be inspected.

It is highly processed. I would do once in a long while, not weekly.

I honestly don't see how. Peas, mung beans, fava beans, brown rice, and potatoes as starch to hold together. That is everything my wife tells me not to cook for her as she can't have it on Phase 1
