The protocol sheet lists the meals/times of when to take each of these. Breakfast, lunch, dinner & bedtime.

You really need to work with your coach, it's important to not take certain supplements with certain prescriptions or medications for instance.

@kessler, can you call or text your coach?

@natatorial I just did. Let’s see if I get an answer now

The phase 1 sheet is the single most important thing to get for this diet (other than the packets of course). I'd see if your clinic had a different coach go work with because it sounds like yours has no idea what she is doing. Totally unfair to you for the amount of money you pay for the diet.

IMO there are a variety of ways that you can take the supplements throughout the day. Best advice I can give is finding a pattern that works best for your daily life. I work evenings at the hospital so my eating schedule is no where near normal. It may not be the best but I’d usually just take everything in the morning so that I would not forget stuff. The night time stuff was easy because I usually took it before bed. Factor in your daily schedule and habits and find a pattern that works best for you. Good luck!

In the new daily food journal it has them listed besides each meal when you should take each one.

You can take them all together anytime you want or divide them up in morning and evening. Just make sure you get them all everyday

You should be taking them at the times your coach recommends, using the Phase 1 protocol sheet as a guide, but always going by what the coach tells you, not anyone else (unless your doctor, etc. )
The Ideal Protein Protocol Group is where you can always find questions, answers, advice, reviews & recommendations from other community members about recipes, tips, and support for Phase 1 of the Ideal Protein Protocol.
