Hi iam new too started on Friday overall doing ok a bit hard to take the pills but i do it. Missing pop and fruits alot and Sunday I ate like a little tiny bit of rice ☹ which I felt terrible for doing. I can't sign in the app is everyone here using the IP app.? By the way thanks for this group it really help reading everyone progress.

My coach has been having trouble linking with the IP scale. My coach and I even called customer service. My husband figured out I needed to delete some stuff before the app would stop crashing. Good luck.

Update this app is really hard to use I’m about ready to give up on it. I mean really, what is it good for on my phone? I’ve got it on my iPad and it works just fine I just can’t sync the scale. Frustrated

If you like and want rice buy the shiratake rice. Very goooood if prepared properly (which is easy) or use cauliflower rice. You can do this!
