Today was my first weigh in, feeling a bit frustrated  . I followed the protocol to the letter! Any suggestions folks?

I was the same, 2 lbs, then 1, then nothing the third week. Tomorrow is the next weigh in. I lost inches but not weight. Not sure why but am sticking it out a bit until more weeks have gone by.

Keep it going! Inches gone are good too! Your body is starting to sculpt itself too, losing inches, fat, & weight!

Make sure you have your salt too. To get it over an done with I put mine in a glass of water in the morning and chug it. My first week I lost 2 pounds following week I lost 6. It’ll happen. Have lots of water you got this

Make sure you measure EVERYTHING and keep an accurate food (and beverage) journal to discuss with your coach at you next weigh in.

You did fine! Maybe you have a low thyroid condition. Eat no more than 1000 calories and work up to walking 3 miles a day after your 2nd week on protocol! This prescription will work! You can do it!

Don’t give up! Forget the scale and watch the inches. I had to because I swear the scale hates me! Lol
