What can I do with my ideal protein pancake mix? Can I make it in a muffin tin and make a breakfast muffin? Or can I bake it like a cookie? Ideals please I am just lazy and hate waiting by the stove to finish processing

I make into mug cake: 2 tbsp of water/skinny syrup if I want to change flavor and 2 TBPS IP Syrup. 1 minute 10 sec in microwave Sometimes had vanilla extract, cinnamon and nutmeg

@potpie I heard some are adding a lil baking sofa to make it puff up then adding the water per directions and popping in microwave and eating for it to cook for one minute I am trying this tomorrow I will update you

I make mine into a waffle. Add an egg, tsp Vanilla, tsp baking powder, IP salt, oil & cook in a waffle maker.

4 TB spoons water in a bowl and cook in microwave for 30 or 35 seconds.

You can make great hamburger buns out of it! 1 pancake pouch 1 potato puree pouch 1 lg egg About 3 tbsp of water. Only add enough water to make a dough like consistency. Not thin or runny. Split in half and make 2 mounds on cookie sheet. Preheated 350° for about 15 mins. Enjoy! *i also use this bun to make egg breakfast sandwich out of it I’ve also made a savory pancake. Let me know if you want details.
