@debenture66192 And they also don’t say what size egg it is. I would think most people get large, but there are probably some that get x lg. When I was young, eggs were a lot bigger than they are now.

@debenture66192 The amount of protein in one egg does not change just because “protocol” says it does. They can change the amount of protein you can have, however they can’t change the amount of protein in an egg. Just saying. That is the same as trying to say that now 14 ounces is a pound.

1. 5 oz approximately = you are entitled 8 oz of protein . so 4 eggs x 1. 5 + 2 egg whites = 8 oz total
