Remember why you want to do this! This is a lifestyle- not a diet. You got this!

There will always be a reason not to start - dig past these and get going!

In a few weeks from now you will be glad you started today. There is never an ideal time. You got this!

You will be busy and will not realize how the days go by with the move and settling in. Make sure to keep your actual foods easy— just 2 cups of broccoli you can steam and eat with salt or buy aa grilled chicken salad and put lemon juice and olive oil on it and you have your packages for the rest.

@hah7 keep it simple right?

@vale0 I think so. The more I think about what to eat the more complicated it becomes. Rip it off like bandaid— but the time you are settled you will not feel that hungry.

Agree with others. There's really no good time. Memorial Day is right around the corner with summer BBQs and the fall with everything pumpkin. The the holidays . The choice isn't really timing but whether you're ready. It truly is a lifetime commitment to make these changes.
