Do any of you find that you pee frequently through out the night while on this program? If so, any idea why?

Yesterday was my first day. I was up 3-4 times but I kept drinking till 9:00! Today I’m almost through 64 oz so I’m hoping it will be better tonight.

Lack of sodium. Excessive peeing isn’t always normal. Make sure you are getting your ip salt in, I take a supplement every am from my clinic to help retain a balance of fluids. Ask your coach. Also stop drinking water, tea by 7:30-8:00. Should slow the flow.

If I drank water within the last hour before going to bed yes. I try to limit my water towards the end of the night now though.

The why is because each gram of glycogen (stored carbs) have 2-3 grams of water so you're excreting fluids while in ketosis vs retaining more of it due to low carb.
