Who has done this post-hysterectomy with major swelly belly? I've lost places I would never want too, and this stinking belly is just not budging it seems. I'm at a 5 Visceral so you would think it would start to show. Before and After/Current pics of side view would be encouraging. I'm at 9 weeks tomorrow Current weight 152. 8 24. 4 down 13 in lost (measured last Friday)

For more education and what to specifically do about it, take a look at Dr. Eric Berg body types. For example, I realized I was an ovary body type where weight goes to thighs and hips and butt and that’s because I make too much estrogen so I do things like eat more of the cruciferous vegetables to create a better balance between progesterone and estrogen as cruciferous vegetables are anti-estrogenic. I also take a supplement with DIM in it. So, it may be worth looking up your body type and incorporating strategies for it.

We have creepy similar stats. but I feel that the last few weeks have been very slow. What do u eat n a day? Just curious.

@saltarello - No cheats, no extras, no "allowed but not recommended", no Walden Farms. I've been eating a lot of different things, but can post back with foods if that would be helpful.

Cool. Do u eat any restricted? What packets do u stick to?

@saltarello I was doing a restricted each day, but my coach and I decided that I could choose to or not; I usually do but not every day. I've tried to do more variety, so Sea Salt crisps with either fresh salsa or with the chili, any of the dorados, premade chocolate drinks, just started doing the chocolate drink packets into a frostee with riced cauliflower, I've made muffins with potato and pancake packs, rotini with sauteed zuchinni and squash, broccoli soup with broccoli, I do snack mix boxes where I open 2-4 snacks and then spread them out over that number of days (dill zippers, southwest cheese curls, choc caramel, peanut butter bar, choc coconut), I will also do chili with ground beef as a protein. I do a lot of Boars Head Jerk Turkey for easy protein on the muffins, cucumber slices, or in salads (if you search my name in here or the other group I have posted food pics).
