They are not protocol. While they may be similar and better than other chops, the ideal protein protocol is perfectly formulated to ensure high quality biodegradable protein and the right balance of macros.

No- not on IP plan; if you are doing the alternatives plan maybe- there’s a separate fb groupfor that though

The quest chips aren’t as good as the IP ones. They are very “airy”
