I overcook it and then add veggies to it with Walden farms Italian dressing and some ACV and let it sit overnight. Yummy!

You're just going to have to play with it and see what kind of texture you like. I think I just do a few minutes over.

I make a cucumber salad (cucumber, tomato and onion with dressing of water, vinegar, and oil) and toss in the pasta

I learned that soaking the noodles (especially for cold recipes) is better. Soak for roughly 20-30 minutes.

I make pasta salad a few days in advance and let it sit. I use Walden farms Italian dressing, roasted zucchini, steamed broccoli, halved cherry tomatoes, red onion, colorful bell peppers and seedless cucumbers . it’s amazing a few days later. It soaks up all the flavor of the dressing
