Hi All, so I started up again. Day 2. I currently walk 3 miles a day sometimes more if time allows. Do you think I should be taking BCAA’s?

Yes always a good idea - especially for the first 28 days!

@bowens doesn’t matter, I’d take them before as they can be a good energy boost prior to the walk

@bowens doesn’t really matter, but for best results drink half before half after.

@chokedamp “branch chained amino acids”. Which help with muscle retention. It’s recommended to take them if you’re doing exercise, but I took them daily to not lose that much muscle content while on IP
