Quick question about sagging skin. My arms and stomach seen to be doing fine, but my legs-especially the knee area-look awful. It is almost like I have pants on I need to pull up! I regularly take collagen and have for years. Is there a wonder lotion or other supplement that you have tried that is a game changer?

Keep going on protocol, keep going with collagen. Start using some exfoliation in your problem areas, and then you can apply a collagen elastin lotion as well. It doesn’t have to be fancy, I like a St Yves collagen/elastin lotion which is under $10! The skin can take longer to catch up as you’re losing weight! Use the IP jello or blueberry cranberry pomegranate drink mix daily (these can be a freebie! )

no it can be free! If you use as one of your three, it can’t be more than every other day. it’s not a complete protein like the others.

Depends on age, genetics, how much you lost, etc. There are some things that no pill, cream, or other peddled "cure" can fix.

Look into dry brushing. Lots of options and many are posting. My body was big too long before I lost weight so I have sag everywhere. I try to get people to visualize a rubber band ball. The rubber bands on the outside are stretched more the ones on the inside and if you take the ball apart some will never return to their original size. I hope you find something that works aesthetically but until then remember those are showing your progress.

When I finally lost my weight, I treated myself to cool sculpting and tightening as a gift to myself for sticking it out. Not saying you have to but just a thought! That was a game changer for me

I did cool sculpting and skin tightening. I did 2 treatments and saw a big decrease in loose skin and cellulite. I treated my legs as that’s been the hardest area to lose and once I did it was lose. I added lots of working out to and I am closer to loving my legs. Girl just needs a tan now lol
