Okay, quick question.  well 2 questions.Okay, quick question. well 2 questions. I don't drink any milk anymore since my granddaughter cannot drink it. Do you think I could sub a Tbsp of soy creamer in my tea at night since I don't drink anything but an IP shake in my coffee in the mornings? Can we have the Torani Sugar Free Syrups in our tea or coffee? 0 Cal, 0 sugar, 0 carbs, 0 fat, 5 sodium. I am thinking it should be okay once as a once a day kind of thing, but just want to bounce it off of ya'll.  I want to make a sugar free London Fog to enjoy this evening before I settle down for bed. Thanks in advance!

Yes to the Torani syrups but I would say no to the soy creamer. I would stick to the sheet and have the 1 oz of milk or half and half. Once you start adding things that aren’t on the sheet you start to cheat and add things you aren’t supposed to consume.

Skim milk as well, more then an oz.

@chokedamp skim is no longer recommended and even when it was it was limited to one ounce

Its confusing because we've always been told fat is bad. On a keto diet, Skim milk has too many carbs-actually better to do half and half.

I would ask your coach.

Yes to the syrups and you can use your protien drink as your creamer

1 oz unsweetened almond and soy milk are now allowed.

I mix either the choc or vanilla shake into my coffee. They have others as well. It works for sure

Use IP Vanilla shake - I keep one in my fridge for coffee and tea

Thanks everyone for the support! I spoke with my coach and she said a splash of almond milk would be ideal since it is the lowest in carbs but she wasn’t too worried about a splash of soy milk instead of milk occasionally in my tea or coffee.

@sager54 She should be alright with it because IP protocol allows 1 oz of unsweetened almond or soy milk per day.
