If you make a choice and purposely eat off protocol, is it 'cheating'? I say that is not accurate. I say it is 'choosing', not 'cheating'. What say you? Cheat 1. Act dishonestly or unfairly in order to gain an advantage, especially in a game or examination.

It is a choice. We will make choices everyday to continue what we learned and eat healthy or we will make a choice to fall back into old habits.

I agree. It’s choosing. Dieting is not a game, you are the only player. Choose wisely lol

I think “cheat” is a word that people use to justify an action. Self sabotage would be more appropriate.

I believe it’s a choice. Some call it an intentional cheat or planned cheat.
