I didn't look at every result but this is the first one that came up when I typed "what is soya sauce? "

@manganous I just want to make sure if a recipe in Janevas book says soy and I use soya I’ll still be protocol.

If the sauce is protocol, it shouldn't be a problem. Some soy sauces contain wheat and sugar. I would try to avoid those if possible. We have one in our fridge now (Kimlan) and it has 2. 3g carbs per tablespoon.
