I blend in 2 cups of spinach with a vanilla pudding mix, 10 oz of water, tangerine water enhancer and ice. It's my favorite!

@sooty4017 ideal protein makes them. Your clinic may have it and if not, you could ask them to order for you. I drink them daily and love it!

Put 2 cups of spinach in your chocolate drink in a blender with some ice. It totally disappears and you can’t taste it. Thickens the shake up. It’s awesome. Didn’t believe it even after coaching for almost 5 years. Did it couple weeks ago and love it! It’s like an every other day thing for me now.

I love putting spinach in my soups, salad, or in the IP mushroom and Parmesan couscous risotto. It’s also not bad in the IP vegetable chili

But powdered spinach or kale on Amazon. Add it to your drinks/soups. It’s my go to because while I love veggies, they don’t always fit with my routine. Hossier Hill or similar.

Freeze a bag of fresh spinach, pull out what you need for shakes. Never taste it. You can also blend in riced cauliflower. Won’t taste it. Promise

I am not crazy about cooked spinach. I mix it with the Wildberry Yogurt Powder with ice in a blender. Yummy!

I love veggies. Just sayin'. Lol Spinach I put in shakes, omelets, soups, quiche (without cheese - cauliflower crust, or other protocol crust, muffins etc), stir fry,

@duntson has a great point above. Let me name the veggies I NEVER ate before IP: spinach, turnips, jicama, brussel sprouts, rhubarb, chicory, kale, cucumber, fennel, cabbage, chayote, asparagus (still just eat the tips) So get creative. Use an air fryer. Use the chips to “fry” your foods. Use the soups as a sauce. Chop them. Dice them and purée them (how I make the asparagus into fake guacamole). Get Janeva’s cookbook. I’m sorry to say this is not the diet/life style for the faint at heart. But as you can tell by the before and after pictures on this page- IP is changing lives! Good luck!
