Are squash and zucchini interchangeable in recipes? (lasagna, meatloaf, etc) I always see zucchini being used and I'm getting zucchini'ed out!

If you mean the long yellow squash, then yes.

@rollin It does not contain the moisture content of zucchini so you may have to make recipe adjustments.

Depending on the recipe, in many cases you would not taste it as zucchini anyway.
