Has anyone went on a liquid diet using IP shakes only? If so, how many lbs were lost?

I’ve been doing shakes with 2 cups of spinach added. And my nightly protein with veggies. Only been doing it for a couple of weeks so I don’t have a measured loss from that time but I have been steady to lose at weigh in. About 2 lbs per week. The best way I’ve found to get the shakes to not grow tremendously, blend your spinach and water only and then measure out into a blender bottle to add and shake in the packet. Otherwise it grows into a weird poofy drink that I don’t really care for  The orange drink and blueberry pomegranate are my faves to have this way.

@tiffaneytiffani5 thanks for that suggestion. I wasn't real thrilled with the shakes and that's exactly why. So today I will try it your way. Thanks again!

‍♀️do you want to become malnourished? You need the vitamins and nutrients from your veggies. The IP drinks only have so much in them. Talk to your coach

I think I’m going to try it for about a week with all my vitamins and test it out.

@lapoint interested to see how it works for you. Pay attention to your body, if you are not feeling well eat something solid!

If you’re doing this, and not eating regular protein for dinner (meat, chicken, fish, seafood) make sure you have 5 packets a day, plus suggest blending your 4 cups of veggies with the packets. For me, spinach works well with the Pina Colada or Mango Peach drinks. If my husband wants something for dinner that is not protocol, I’ll fix what he wants , then I’ll have 2 packets (soup and something else)for dinner plus required veggies.
