Can we have Cauliflower Pasta?

Most cauliflower pastas have a form of starch or flour binding them. Most likely it is not allowed once you look at ingredient list

Thank you it says cauliflower flour, lentil flour , and pea flour never heard of those types of flour before

My coach said the cauliflower pasta is actually not healthy you would think with cauliflower it would be but a definite no I guess I really need to learn how to read and interpret the labels
