Tried unsuccessfully to make the pizza crust from the cookbook with the potatoe purée mix. Completely stuck to my ‘greased’ pan. Anyone have any tips?

Try parchment paper?

@crabb157, second that with the parchment paper. It makes a world of difference. And no more having to scrub the baking sheet!

I’ve never made it with the IP packets. I have made it the crust with ground chicken, an egg, and seasoning. You bake it for 15 min, then pull it out and add your veggies on it and bake it broil it for a couple of minutes. It is delicious!
