I make my own ketchup -1 6oz can organic tomato paste -1/2 cup water -2-3Tbsp of apple cider vinegar -1/4 tsp onion powder -1/2 to 1 tsp sea salt -1/8 tsp each of allspice, ground cloves, cinnamon, garlic powder -liquid stevia to taste, I use 8 to 10 drops. Mix all ingredients well. Heat if desired. No cooking is required, but I find warming it a bit let’s the flavors meld for a better tasting flavor. Store in container in the fridge. Keeps at least a week.
