Day three restart.  Every time I eat my stomach hurts I get light headed and feel Nauseous.Day three restart. Every time I eat my stomach hurts I get light headed and feel Nauseous. I did not have this when I first started. I’m actually getting a bit worried I feel that bad. Has this happened to anyone else?

Maybe your tummy isn’t liking the sucralose ?

@nighttime not sure. I thought I had the stomach bug twice last week but now I’m questioning that as well. If I’m honest I’m pushing two weeks of tummy troubles. Did the program almost 4 months took off 4 weeks for vacation and a break.

@discommon if it keeps up, best to consult a doc. Could be a bunch of diff medical stuff. Hope it’s just a bug though!

@nighttime I do have a hietal hernia and that seems to be where most of the pain is. I have an appointment next Friday. The light headed esa and nausea just has me a little worried. I thought it was keto flu at first but now I’m not so sure

It completely went away on the fifth day. Hang in there. I was ready to give up. I had the worst headaches as well.

@whopping no headache just feeling like if I were puking my brains out the way you feel when your about to pass out? Basically That all day

This can be completely way off and i dont want to scare you but my husband had diverticulitis out of nowhere (never had issues before) and he started out with stomach pains, then naseau then fever it got so bad. Ultimately had part of colon removed. Also found he had a hernia during surgery too. If pain doesn't subside I would follow up with doctor. Listen to your body.

@critic87 I have an appointment for Friday but my hernia hasn’t been checked in like 6 years since it was found
