Day 1 of restart and I feel like garbage. Headache and tired. I remember this happening around day 2 or 3, but not the very first day. Tips for getting through this?

Keep your electrolytes up, eat some pickles or add ideal salt to some water, this can help with headaches

@brace I’m a coach in training and the ideal salt with water is exactly what my field rep recommends.

Suck it up? Idk not to be crass, but it is what it is, right? I’m just on day 5 now. Just curious why the restart? Is this not sustainable? That’s what I fear.
