Day 1 phase 1 restart tomorrow to hopefully take the 5 pounds I gained on holidays for the past 10 days ! Now I’m 15 away from goal ! I hope I’ve got this ☀️ anyone else fell face first on holidays ? Oh my

I phased off for the holidays and restarted 2 weeks ago, had gained about 4# back, been on since 2/3 and have lost 11# I have learned this plan is so doable if you take control before 4# becomes 40! We got this!

@assignation I am going to be phasing off for my holidays as well. My coach said to just take myself out of ketosis the day before I leave. Is that what you did?

I slowly came off in like a week? Gradually introduced carbs like cottage cheese and fruit. I kept my alcohol to a minim while I was off, when I went back on, I was ready. and the small break taught me that I can do this. this is a life style, the last time I dove headfirst into carbs and gained my 50# I lost, back (like 6 years ago) I was afraid I’d never go back, but I gave myself a date and did it! I have to keep on top of my weight gain. 1-2#? Phase one for a week. and keep on it! It is doable!

Yes! Gained 4. 8. Working toward my 100 lbs in a year goal. 6 lbs to go. Would have been met if I didn’t have a few treats. Boo.
