I get recipes for Ideal Protein from Pinterest! I love skinless thighs and cook em & shred them & make cauliflower fried rice w/ broccoli. Lettuce burgers. Salmon once a week cooked in an air fryer. Ground beef or turkey w/ 1/2 cup of sauce w/ sautéed zucchini over a radish salad.
