Has anyone taken the two cups of veggies and added it to soup broth? Is this allowed? I’m so tired of just eating fried veggies

My new game changer discovery: the broccoli cheese soup packet mixed with 2 cups of wilted/steamed spinach tastes JUST LIKE STOUFFERS CREAMED SPINACH. Little tweaks getting me through these weeks

Yes that’s fine. Just no msg in your seasoning and no cooked onions.

You can also add veggies (typically spinach or cauliflower) to an IP drink and blend it into a smoothie.

Yes. I do a pile of roasted veggies for the week. Add them to soups either whole or blended to make a thicker soup.

This isn’t for soup. but I blend together just spinach and water, then add that and a chocolate packet into my coffee each morning. Helps get veggies in and you don’t taste the spinach!
