Has anyone done a “reboot” week after a few weeks? My coach put me on a puddings and shakes, no restricted items for a week after my weight losses stalled out. Welcome input on the subject

I am going on week 3 of no loss! I am around 6-7 lbs from my goal and thinking I should I try this this week.
