Question

I am looking for a recipe for ice cream. I am following phase 1 and this is the only thing I really miss. Anybody have ideas or a recipe?

Freeze up a chocolate drink or Vanilla drink. not the same but good

I say make the chocolate pudding mix and put it in the freezer. I put mine in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes and it’s really cold and thick, but if you want ice cream I say freezer it much longer.

There’s a product called a dash ice cream maker that some folks use. I haven’t tried it but it’s pretty cheap. Might be worth a try?

I took riced cauliflower and blended it very fine. Then blended it with dark chocolate pudding packet and then blended it a 3rd time with a bit of cold water. Then froze.

The already made pudding as cold as I can get it without freezing has been working for me

Blend a cold pre-made with a cup of frozen riced cauliflower. Add more cauli to get the texture you want.

Freeze the Wild Berry yogurt.

Take you shake throw in blender with ice. Blend til smooth. Pour into popsicle freezer pops variety of shakes. Variety of popsicles!
