Contact your coach and if they can't help contact the customer support department for the app. I've done both. With results from each.

I did the same thing, I called them and they said you have to delete it from a computer, can’t do it from your phone

You can't do it through the app. You have to log onto the idealsmart website and sign in. You can manipulate anything that way

I was able to do it by logging in on my computer. Go to dashboard, select measurements then select edit and put in correct number . The changes will update on the app. Thanks @orsa47!
