Does anyone know of a good alternative to the BCAA? My husband and I use them everyday but since they are expensive, I’m looking for a less expensive alternative during this difficult economic time. Thanks!

We haven't tried them, but if Ican get a look at the label, I might be able to find a similar product. Or you can go to a site like www. bodybuilding. com and try to match up with a similar BCAA product.

XTEND brand was recommended in the alternative group. I've tried a couple flavors. Blue raspberry was horrible and had a bad aftertaste but the rainbow sherbet flavor was good. Walmart carries it and my local grocery store (HEB). Also available online.
