Does anyone know if it is safe to drink the RTS shakes while nursing? Thanks

Of course it is, you just do not want to be in “diet mode”, reduced food intake and nutrients until kiddo is getting at least 50% of nutrients from other sources. Congratulations!

I strongly urge you to speak to your obstetrician and see if you can get a referral for a licensed dietitian who will work with you and evaluate your options. Insurance should cover this.
