About into my third week, my poor bladder began having spasms from drinking so much water, I believe. I am just not used to flooding my system like that. I’m doing the 64 oz. per day and using the restroom every 30 minutes! Anyone had similar problems?

Yes! I basically pee all damn day and night.

My goal is to drink 100 oz a day. yes I pee a lot. sometimes I even surpass that .

‍♀️ my coach asked if I was getting any exercise and I said yes, walking to bathroom constantly! Sometimes more than once in an hour.

Be sure you take all supplements (pills) (especially calcium for spasm) and your water.

Frequent bathrooms breaks, generally mean our bodies are not absorbing the water we drink. I suggest taking a 1/3 tsp of the IP salt in a shot glass of water each morning. My clients report less bathroom breaks and their tanita scale readings always show an increase in their hydration levels. Our body needs salt to help absorb water on a cellular level.
