So I spread drinking my water out over the day but then I’m up every 30 minutes at night to go to the bathroom. Do most of you drink all yours earlier in the day and have you noticed a difference ?

My coach said that’s the lack of sodium. Try drinking Gatorade zero. That’s what they told me to do and I see a difference.

When you weigh in are you losing muscle? If you are that’s indicating lack of sodium.

What does the IP salt actually do for you? Does it make you go more frequently or does it hold the water in?

I wouldn’t do Gatorade. I try to get all of my water in the first part of the day. Then by dinner time my water commitments are minimal

I get my first 32 oz. in before 12, then I spread the other 64 out throughout the day and I try to stop by 9:30-10 (I go to bed around 12 usually)

I try to have all my water in before I leave work at 5pm. Then everything I drink at night is just extra. And then I am not up all night.

I drink 32-40 oz before anything else in the am. If I Do that I’m usually not up more than once, MAYBE twice at night, depending on how late I am with the rest. It also helps get other things moving, if you know what I mean . Not all the time, but sometimes.
