Coaches: I was told if I work out to add another packet. How important is this? The scale hasn’t moved in a week and I’m wondering if I need the extra packet.

Yes and maybe even more animal protein. You don’t want to lose muscle. You probably also want to add BCAAs.

Do not eat red meat! You can eat lamb chicken no ground beef. and drink lots water. Do not eat after 6. this help me

Some people including me have to stop. working out in order to lose weight. Most of my patients do not but some have to decide which is more important right now, the weight loss or the workouts.

@pisces your muscle mass is probably amazing  I would really decide what you want at this point  Anabolism and catabolism don’t happen at the same time ! The diet will maintain your muscle  I’d ease up on your workouts
