I have a pork tenderloin I would like to cook up. Anyone have a good recipe that I could use? It is not something I cook often so don't want to ruin it. lol

Get Janeva's cookbook. It has the best pork loin I have ever had, it is easy and made in the crockpot.

I just started back on this week and her cookbook is on my list. I regret not ordering it sooner.

But I think I found one online that calls for all seasonings that we are allowed but I just used a bit of olive oil instead of the butter. Fingers crossed it turns out.

I put mine in the crock pot with 2 cups radishes & janeva's crack slaw sauce. Cook that for about 4 hrs. Sooo good!

This is magic and my boyfriend and I eat it weekly even though I’m long into maintenance. Marinade your pork tenderloin in the G. Hughes teriyaki marinade (sugar free - you can buy online if it’s not in your local stores), then put it in the oven, uncovered, at 425 for about 40 minutes. Amazing.
