Today's been a roller coaster. Super emotional and upset for no real reason. Had anyone else experienced this? I'm in week 4

I got terrible anxiety in week 3 and it’s tapering down somewhat. I think it’s your body just trying to get you to emotionally eat. Sugar is hard to come off of!

@amain46252 they have this raspberry chocolate bar that comes in 6 pieces and my coach said you can have 1 piece per day without counting the carbs (and save other 5 pieces for other days) - it’s 8 g if you decide to eat half of it though and 16 g for whole bar throughout the week for the sugar cravings! The chocolate pb bars are awesome too!

@amain46252 you could always try making freezer pops with the IP water enhancers to lick on!
