Question

Can someone please tell me about using the vanilla drink in coffee? How much can I use? Do I count using this drink as of my IP proteins for the day?

I get an iced espresso (2 shots) in venti cup and pour the whole ready made vanilla drink. Then ensure drinking lots water bc coffee dehydrates me. It counts as 1 IP .

You can use a splash of IP vanilla drink as a free item  if it becomes more than a splash (1/2? ) then count it as 1/2.

I do half black coffee and then add the chocolate or vanilla pre-made drink. I also blend the drink with spinach and ice then you have some of your veggies in!

We have a Nespresso machine. Similar to the Keurig. I make one cup of coffee every morning, pour over ice and add my vanilla RTD. I used to do the doppio or trie espresso with SF vanilla or SF cinnamon dolce but this was I save the extras from the syrup and it’s more filling because it’s more coffee.
